Contribution Limits Under Tennessee law, the maximum amount an individual may contribute is $1,900 ($3,800 per couple) per election; for purposes of dollar limitations, a primary election is considered separate from the general election, so individuals may donate up to $1,900 ($3,800 per couple) for each of these elections. For a contribution from a joint account to be attributed to two individuals, both must sign this form, indicating their agreement with the above statement. This contribution is made by check or credit card from my personal funds, LLC funds, or corporate funds if registered with the State of Tennessee. I am a U.S. citizen or permanent resident and this contribution will not be reimbursed by another person.

Contributions over $100 Tennessee law requires us to use our “best efforts” to collect and report the name, mailing address, occupation, and name of employer for each individual whose contributions exceed $100 in a calendar year. PACS can contribute up to $10,100 per election, as defined above. Contributions are not tax deductible for federal income tax purposes. No cash donations will be accepted.
